At Quest Global, it’s not just what we do but how and why we do it that makes us different. With over 25 years as an engineering services provider, we believe in the power of doing things differently to make the impossible possible. Our people are driven by the desire to make the world a better place—to make a positive difference that contributes to a brighter future. We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a single point of contact for customer issue resolution — independently driving investigations end-to-end, collaborating directly with customers, Support, and cross-functional core/platform teams to diagnose, communicate, and resolve complex product and data issues.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements, understand end-to-end business processes, and create clear, comprehensive documentation to support cross-functional teams and enable effective knowledge sharing.
Demonstrate advanced SQL expertise with Redshift for complex data analysis, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning across large-scale datasets — enabling efficient troubleshooting, accurate insights, and improved system performance.
Leverage AI tools to design and build triage utilities that proactively identify and resolve recurring issues, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency.
Responsible for engineering best practices — code quality, code coverage, unit testing, etc. within the assigned initiative or team.
Monitor system performance, data ingestion completion rates, and operational health using Datadog and AWS dashboards and metrics — proactively identifying anomalies, failures, or degradation and escalating findings as appropriate.
Perform deep debugging across the full stack — including .NET application code using Visual Studio or equivalent tools, AWS Lambda functions, browser-based developer tools and extensions for front-end and network analysis, and data-layer investigation in Redshift and SQL.
Debug and edit system configurations using JavaScript and JSON to resolve data display issues and ensure correctness across configuration-driven environments.
Follow change management processes to document changes and promote them through environments.
Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. Questians are driven by hunger, humility, and aspiration. We believe that our company culture is the key to our ability to make a true difference in every industry we reach. Our teams regularly invest time and dedicated effort into internal culture work, ensuring that all voices are heard.
We wholeheartedly believe in the diversity of thought that comes with fostering a culture rooted in respect, where everyone belongs, is valued, and feels inspired to share their ideas. We know embracing our unique differences makes us better, and that solving the worlds hardest engineering problems requires diverse ideas, perspectives, and backgrounds. We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21,000 difference-makers in our workplace.

Hands-on experience with Datadog and AWS CloudWatch dashboards and metrics — able to set up and interpret monitoring for system performance, pipeline health, and data ingestion completion rates.
Experience in designing and implementing Event-Driven Architectures using technologies such as message queues (e.g., AWS SNS/SQS, Kafka, AWS EventBridge).
Experience with ElasticSearch
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and JSON — required for debugging system behavior, reading and editing configurations, and tracing data issues across integrated products.
Proficiency in debugging React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 components of a web application.
Proficiency in Python — used for scripting, data analysis, automation utilities, and supporting Lambda-based workflows.
