The WW FBA team is responsible for one of the most operationally complex challenges in Amazon's supply chain: ensuring the right inventory is in the right place at the right time, at the lowest possible cost, for sellers across every marketplace. Getting this right requires tight coordination across forecasting, placement, capacity, and seller behavior — and a clear line of sight into what is driving outcomes at the country level.
We are looking for a Program Manager who will partner closely with in-country FBA, SCOT, Retail, and Operations teams in International Emerging Stores (IES) stores to drive key FBA capacity and inventory metrics — covering areas such as inventory availability, excess/Aged inventory. In the near term, this role is focused on building the operating mechanisms, measurement frameworks, and cross-functional alignment needed to move these metrics. Over time, as ownership matures, this person is expected to take on deeper accountability for metric outcomes, drive programs informed by experimentation and country-level insights, and work directly with engineering, science, and BI teams to build scalable solutions. There is a clear path for this role to evolve into full product ownership — including end-to-end responsibility for a defined FBA capability area — as the team and its scope grow. You will need to be comfortable operating without a fully defined playbook — diagnosing problems using data you pull yourself, influencing teams you do not manage, and making decisions in the face of incomplete information. The ability to think in terms of systems, design experiments with sellers, and approach problems with an AI-first mindset will be critical to succeeding in this role and growing it over time.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with in-country FBA, SCOT, Retail, and Operations teams to drive key FBA inventory metrics taking progressively deeper ownership of outcomes over time.
Build and maintain root-cause attribution frameworks that connect upstream inputs (forecasting gaps, inbound defects, seller restock adoption, FC constraints) to downstream metric outcomes, enabling clear and consistent diagnosis across teams.
Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly review mechanisms for your metric areas, representing FBA in country XBR forums and ensuring that system-driven insights are correctly communicated and acted upon.
Design and run structured experiments with sellers - adoption levers, communication treatments, and incentive mechanisms, etc. and use findings to build an evidence-based product and program roadmap.
Work with Product, science, and BI teams to translate operational insights and experiment results into scalable product improvements; identify IES-specific requirements and ensure they are reflected in WW roadmaps.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve how metrics are tracked, root causes are diagnosed, and corrective actions are triggered.
Coordinate peak readiness (Prime Day, BFCM) by identifying inventory risks early, stress-testing operational workflows, and working with partner teams on mitigation plans.
Serve as the connective tissue between WW FBA and in-country stakeholders — validating hypotheses, surfacing local edge cases, supporting system rollouts, consolidating country-specific inputs for OP1/OP2, and ensuring smooth knowledge transfer in both directions
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8+ years experience in program management, supply chain analytics, business operations, or a closely related field
Demonstrated experience owning business metrics end-to-end — defining measurement frameworks, diagnosing root causes, and leading cross-functional teams to drive improvement
Proficiency in SQL or equivalent querying tools to independently extract, analyze, and communicate operational insights without relying on a dedicated analytics resource
Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing and presenting structured reviews to senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across teams you do not directly manage, in ambiguous or evolving organizational contexts
Demonstrated experience applying AI or automation tools to redesign an analytical or operational workflow — not just familiarity with the concepts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Amazon FBA, SCOT, inventory planning, or supply chain operations; or equivalent experience in marketplace or platform supply chain, or seller/vendor-facing operations at scale
Familiarity with FBA inventory systems — including placement logic, restock recommendations, capacity management, or seller-facing tools
Experience working in or closely with non-US Amazon stores (EU, JP, IN)
Demonstrated ability to build operating mechanisms from scratch — metric definitions, attribution frameworks, review cadences — in an environment without established playbooks
MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
