About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Python Lead who will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable, and high‑performance applications built using Python. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development skills, solid understanding of backend architectures, and the ability to guide and mentor teams in delivering quality solutions. This role demands technical leadership, sound decision-making, and close collaboration with product, architecture, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.

• Relational DBs (PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server)

• Azure or AWS
• CI/CD pipelines
• Docker (basic Kubernetes exposure preferred)
  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with asynchronous processing
• Exposure to frontend frameworks or full‑stack development
• Familiarity with security best practices and secure coding standards
• Prior experience leading teams of 4–8 engineers
