Job Description

We are seeking a highly self-driven Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Order to Cash to support operations and transformation journeys. This role will be solution owner and bridge the gap between IT and business partners. You will oversee day-to-day operations across our current ecosystem (Oracle EBS, Subscription management, Revenue management, Oracle Fusion Cloud, CPQ, OCC) with primary focus on billing and revenue for Subscription, Services and hardware business for bundled and standalone offers. You will play a pivotal role in our strategic initiative to consolidate Order to Cash (O2C) processes into Oracle Fusion Cloud.

The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver who can partner with a system integrator, business and cross functional IT stakeholders for high-quality delivery, translate complex business needs into scalable IT solutions, and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT solution owner for the O2C value streams with primary focus on billing and revenue.
• Lead the design, architecture, and deployment phases of transformation projects, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and global standardization by partnering with SI, cross functional IT teams and business partners
• Identify process bottlenecks in current state (EBS, RMCS, Oracle Fusion, CPQ, OCC) and design future-state automated solutions in billing & revenue area
• Act as the primary liaison between IT and Finance operations, translating operational pain points into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and status meetings with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations
• Proactively monitor system performance, manage incident escalations, and perform root-cause analysis for complex issues
• Ensure SOX compliance, robust security, and strict audit controls are maintained across all financial platforms and during migration phases.
• Strong ability to "speak the language" of Finance (accounting, Billing, Revenue, Collection) and translate it into system configurations and architecture
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Order to Cash with expertise in Billing and Revenue and Oracle ERP integrations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
