This on‑site commercial role is charged with scaling institutional and enterprise revenue across India by building strategic partnerships, closing complex deals and driving adoption of SaaS learning platforms.

Role & Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for institutional and enterprise accounts—prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate and close deals to meet quarterly and annual targets.
Develop and execute territory and account strategies targeting schools, universities, corporate L&D and channel partners to expand market share.
Build compelling proposals, pricing models and ROI cases tailored to educational stakeholders and procurement teams.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasting and pipeline analytics to leadership.
Collaborate with Product, Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong adoption post‑sale.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings to generate high‑quality leads and strategic partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications
Must‑Have
Proven track record of closing B2B or enterprise deals in EdTech or SaaS for education customers
Experience managing full sales cycle with institutional buyers
Familiarity with CRM platforms for pipeline management
Strong consultative selling and contract negotiation skills
Ability to build commercial proposals and ROI-based pricing
Comfortable with frequent travel and on‑site client engagement across India
Preferred
Experience selling LMS, assessment platforms or corporate L&D solutions
Existing relationships with K‑12, higher‑education or corporate training decision makers
Exposure to channel/partner sales and reseller management
