As Senior Analytics Director promotes data science to unlock business value from complex data. It spans data collection, business intelligence, machine learning, and automated analytics solutions, enabling data-driven, fact-based decision-making and supporting business strategy and growth and Business Intelligence & Analysiscollects and analyzes business and operational data to support informed decision-making. It integrates industry, market, customer, and operational data to identify trends, assess competitive strategies, generate business insights, and support product and business development through analytics and data architecture.

  • Anticipates internal and external business challenges, including regulatory changes, and drives process, product, and service improvements that create competitive advantage.
  • Establishes guidelines, frameworks, and standards to ensure effective and consistent business processes.
  • Combines deep professional expertise with a strong understanding of the business and commercial environment to support organizational objectives.
  • Influences strategic decisions through subject-matter expertise, driving performance and competitive advantage across the function.
  • Solves highly complex business problems and develops innovative solutions with broad organizational impact.
  • Defines and guides the strategic direction and professional development of business-critical organizational units.
  • Serves as a recognized industry authority and trusted strategic advisor within key business functions.
  • Leads high-risk, complex initiatives and programs, developing strategies that deliver significant business value.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Bachelor’s/Master degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience.
  • Drives short- to medium-term business results and customer outcomes through effective goal, cost, and performance management.
  • Translates business strategy into actionable programs, operational plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Provides strategic leadership in developing new products, processes, standards, and operational frameworks.

  • Solves complex business challenges through innovative thinking, research, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Operates with a high degree of independence, accountability, and authority within defined policies and budgets.
  • Influences senior stakeholders globally, building alignment across functions, geographies, and diverse business environments.
