• Supports the screening and interviews of professional candidates within the framework of the position specification for professional talent, and more specifically for middle and senior leadership positions • Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and requirements related to long-term career development within specialized fields • Builds and maintains network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management • Conducts market research to identify talent trends and adjusts sourcing strategies, ensuring a proactive approach to sourcing talent for both volume profiles and specialized orders • Identifies and researches potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify both active and passive professional candidates • Develops and maintains relationships with professional candidates, and seeks referrals of other candidates. Ensures a positive experience throughout the placement process • Prepares an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline, ensuring that talent aligns with the specific needs of small- and mid-sized clients Grade Descriptor • Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline • Grows knowledge of the company, processes and customers • Performs structured work assignments related to discipline • Uses existing policies, procedures or instructions to solve routine or standard problems • Receives supervision and direction from more senior level roles • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies • Explains factual information of limited complexity to others in straightforward situations
