Job Overview

We are seeking a Software Product Manager, ClusterWareAI to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our cluster management software within the AI Factory Platform.

ClusterWareAI is a critical component of the platform, enabling automated provisioning, orchestration, monitoring, and lifecycle management of large-scale AI and HPC environments. This role will define how customers deploy and operate AI factories with speed, reliability, and efficiency.

You will work at the intersection of AI infrastructure, distributed systems, and cloud-scale software, partnering closely with engineering, sales, and customers to deliver differentiated capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ClusterWareAI, aligned to Penguin’s AI Factory Platform
• Define capabilities that enable rapid deployment, automation, and operational efficiency of AI clusters
• Translate customer needs (hyperscalers, enterprises, research institutions) into scalable product requirements
• Partner with engineering to deliver features across:
• Cluster provisioning and orchestration
• Workload scheduling and optimization
• Monitoring, observability, and performance management
• Lifecycle and capacity management
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support positioning, pricing, and customer adoption
• Engage directly with customers and partners to validate product direction and drive adoption
• Track market trends in AI infrastructure, Kubernetes, HPC, and distributed systems to inform innovation
  

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise or infrastructure software
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cluster management, or cloud platforms
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, HPC environments, or Kubernetes-based ecosystems
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction and business value
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing software products
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, sales, and leadership teams
  
  

• Exposure to GPU computing, Kubernetes, or workload schedulers
• Experience supporting AI model training or inference environments
• Background working with hyperscalers or large enterprise infrastructure buyers
