Your Impact

Along with delivering functional enhancements to the Partner Compensation Platform and other Strategic priorities, you will be responsible for developing common services for our AI Assistant platform. You will work closely with architects, back-end engineers, and UI engineers to design, and maintain the software that powers the AI Assistant platform and drives automation. In this role, you will continuously research and implement the latest AI technologies to enhance our offerings.

• Use AI Agents in all active projects to evidence a velocity gain.
• Design and build innovative generative AI applications that are secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract insights and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Participate actively in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and team discussions and continuously evaluate, refine, and improve data accuracy.
• Communicate technical concepts and project outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document your work, including models, processes, and technical decisions, to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Advocate for AI-driven innovation and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning by staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research, industry trends, and best practices.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's 2+ years of professional experience , Master's degree 1+years of professional experience in Computer Science, AI/ML Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven understanding of GenAI capabilities and N-Tier architectural concepts and how they influence code-design-test-deploy.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java or similar languages.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodology
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in building distributed backend systems with Snowflake and Oracle
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with development and infrastructure tools including Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Jenkins, Git, Code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Solid communications and organizational skills, and ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Have proactive problem-solving capability along with a result oriented mindset
