Job Summary
As a Software Engineer (Java), you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-quality software systems. You will work primarily on Java-based backend services while collaborating closely with frontend, product, and design teams to deliver reliable and meaningful solutions.

- You have 3+ years of experience working hands-on as a Software Engineer in an agile environment, being well-versed in agile and lean principles, and experienced at the continuous delivery of value.

- You create technical options, especially in code and system interactions.
- You actively invest in your technical skills.

What You Bring To The Team
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in object-oriented Java development.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid experience with automated testing (unit and integration tests).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve performance and reliability issues.
- B2-level proficiency in English.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of Spring application development
- Proficiency in team leadership
- Experience with Extreme Programming practices and principles
- Experience with evolutionary design
- Working knowledge of cloud architecture and 12-factor applications
- Understanding of continuous improvement
- Experience leveraging AI to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality
- Proficiency working in a CI/CD environment
- Ability to isolate and address performance problems
