We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to contribute to the delivery and growth of corporate learning, leadership development, team-building, and business solution programs. The role involves working closely with organizations to understand their business and people-development needs and translating those requirements into impactful learning experiences and corporate engagement solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder-management skills, business understanding, and the ability to manage multiple client-facing initiatives while ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.

• Understand client requirements and identify opportunities across corporate training, leadership development, and business solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop customized learning and engagement solutions based on organizational objectives and workforce needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of corporate training programs, workshops, team-building initiatives, and events.
• Work with trainers, facilitators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, logistics, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Support business development activities, including client presentations, proposals, solution discussions, and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with clients to gather feedback and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure a strong participant and client experience.
• Prepare program reports, client updates, presentations, and other business documentation.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in corporate learning, leadership development, employee engagement, and experiential learning.
• Contribute ideas for new programs, learning formats, corporate experiences, and business solutions.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring timely and professional execution.

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate training, learning & development, consulting, corporate events, business solutions, client servicing, or a related field.
• Strong experience working with corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end programs, projects, or client engagements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong business development and client-facing capabilities.
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical learning or engagement solutions.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, facilitators, and internal teams.
• Proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges during program execution.
• Passion for leadership development, corporate learning, team effectiveness, and experiential business solutions.
