General Summary:

In this position you will join the team responsible ARM SMMU Architecture Modeling on Qualcomm Snapdragon processors. The team works understand different Architecture Spec like SMMUv3, ARM-ARM, AMBA, DTI & Qualcomm Internal Socket Protocol specifications. This would need to be converted into an Accurate SMMUv3 Model in python language which can be used my multiple Stakeholders with-in Qualcomm. This would require interacting with Qualcomm Hardware & Software Architects. Also would involve Discussion with ARM Architects to clarify doubts on Specifications. SMMUv3 encompasses wide range of technologies starting from Virtualization, Confidential Compute, Root of Trust, Security. SMMU solution developed by team is used in variety of Snapdagon devices, including mobile phones, laptops, automotive systems, and data centers, each with distinct security needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6-10+ years industry experience Architecture Modeling
• Skilled in reading, understanding & Debug Python Code.
• ARM-ARM Spec on Virtualization, SMMUv3 Spec understanding.
• Understanding of ARM AMBA protocol.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.tech / P.Hd. in Computer Science &/ Electronics back ground preferred.
• Understand ARM Confidential Compute
• Understand ARM AMBA Memory Attributes & DVM.
• Good to have ARM DTI protocol understanding.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Have C/C++ coding skillset.
• Leadership and management experience at the project level
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Own the SMMUv3 Architecture Model, Drive Regular meetings to see progress on model.
• Keep updated with latest SMMUv3 Spec from ARM, including draft specifications.
• Work to get reference Architecture Model Golden.
• Collaborate with we Design & DV team for Q&A.
• Closure on DV file Tickets.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
  
  
  

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
