Honeywell is seeking a highly motivated Product Master Data Manager to lead the governance, standardization, and transformation of product master data processes across the enterprise. This role is critical in ensuring product data accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and compliance across internal systems and external customer-facing channels.

The successful candidate will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Product Information Management (PIM) processes and SKU creation governance while partnering with Offering Management, Product Operations, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to enable efficient business operations and data-driven decision-making.

This position combines product operations, process excellence, data governance, portfolio management, and digital transformation responsibilities to support Honeywell's growth strategy and product lifecycle management objectives.

This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to align product data with business goals and enhance the customer and Offering Manager experience.

The successful candidate will champion AI-powered transformation, utilizing AI agents and advanced digital tools to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Product Master Data Governance

• Own and drive initiatives to improve product data quality, consistency, and fidelity across the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Develop and execute master data governance strategies that align with business objectives.
• Standardize and maintain critical data elements (CDEs) within Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and compliance across internal and external channels.
  
  

SKU Creation & Product Data Management

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define, implement, and govern SKU creation and extension processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational standards.
• Standardize intake forms and workflows across multiple systems and business units.
• Partner with data stewards and system owners to streamline product setup processes.
• Reduce administrative burden for Offering Managers and Product Managers by improving automation and visibility.
• Monitor SKU lifecycle management and provide transparency into SKU status and approvals.
  
  

Process Excellence & Digital Transformation

• Lead process standardization initiatives across OM portfolio
• Drive enterprise-wide process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Drive digital transformation through AI-powered solutions that streamline operations, improve decision-making, and accelerate business outcomes.
• Manage change control processes and drive continuous improvement programs.
  
  

Product Operations & Portfolio Management

• Support governance and compliance activities for:
• New Product Development (NPD)
• Portfolio Management
• Product Data Management
• Commercial Launch Readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and portfolio decisions.
• Manage ideation pipelines, launch processes, and commercialization readiness activities.
• Partner with business leaders to develop portfolio roadmaps and growth strategies.
  

Analytics & Performance Management

• Define and monitor key business and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with Analytics teams to generate actionable insights.
• Leverage AI tools and AI Agents
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Create executive dashboards and leadership reports.
  
  

Establish and manage Management Operating Systems (MOS) for product operations

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree and experience working with data fidelity and driving actionable outcomes
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Offering Management, Product Operations, or Product Master Data Management.
• 5+ years of experience leading process improvement, program management, or business transformation initiatives.
