The Role

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce leader to completely own our Shopify D2C channel for the Private Label Division.

In this high-impact role, you will manage the storefront end-to-end—spanning catalog architecture, listing execution, automation integration, and D2C customer support. You will lead and scale a cross-functional team, ensuring our digital storefront is as fast, seamless, and premium as our 60-minute delivery promise.

Key Responsibilities

Storefront Ownership: Lead the complete Shopify storefront setup, managing theme customization, UX/UI improvements, collection structures, and catalog architecture across multiple brands.

Listing Operations & Velocity: Drive unparalleled listing quality and speed. Manage the Listing Execution team to push new styles live rapidly and accurately (optimizing pricing, high-quality images, descriptions, and variants).

Tech & App Roadmap: Own the Shopify technical roadmap. Evaluate, integrate, and manage third-party apps, checkout/payment flows, and overall site performance optimizations.

Automation Integration: Partner closely with the Automation team to eliminate manual operations—driving seamless bulk uploads, real-time inventory syncing, and automated reporting.

Customer Experience (CX): Oversee the D2C Customer Support team, ensuring exceptional post-purchase experiences and swift resolution for all Shopify-driven orders.

Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on core Shopify-specific metrics, including conversion rates (CR), site traffic, listing turnaround times, and overall catalog health.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with Design and Merchandising teams for launch timelines, and with central Tech/Marketing teams for major site changes and campaign rollouts.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 5–7 years of experience in E-Commerce or D2C, with a proven track record of scaling a Shopify storefront for a growing brand or private label.

Platform Mastery: Deep, hands-on administrative ownership of Shopify (not just frontend usage). You must be an expert in backend management, app ecosystems, theme customization, and API integrations.

Leadership: Strong people management experience. You must be comfortable leading and mentoring a small, agile, cross-functional team (including cataloging and support staff).

Execution Focus: A high bias for action with the ability to balance strategic roadmap planning with daily, hands-on operational problem-solving.
