As a senior technology professional, you will play a key role in shaping and executing technology initiatives that support the organisations growth and long-term product strategy. You will work across engineering, product, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into scalable technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in technology leadership, SaaS platforms, cloud-native architecture, and modern engineering practices. You will be expected to make sound technical decisions, drive engineering excellence, mentor senior talent, and help create systems capable of supporting a rapidly scaling global customer base.

This role is suited to a leader who is comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, enjoys solving complex technology challenges, and is excited about the impact of AI and automation on the future of IT operations.

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction across key technology initiatives.
• Define and execute scalable technology architectures aligned with business and product objectives.
• Lead engineering teams in delivering secure, reliable, high-performance SaaS products.
• Drive adoption of modern cloud, AI, automation, and distributed-system technologies.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Establish and promote strong engineering practices around architecture, coding standards, testing, deployment, observability, and reliability.
• Drive initiatives focused on platform scalability, performance, security, and operational excellence.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve products, engineering processes, and customer experience.
• Mentor engineering leaders and senior technical talent while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning.
• Manage complex technical initiatives from architecture and planning through implementation and production delivery.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring long-term maintainability of technology platforms.
• Contribute to strategic technology decisions supporting global expansion and rapid business growth.

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technology, architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience working with SaaS products and cloud-native technology environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and influence technical direction at an organisational level.
• Strong understanding of scalable architectures, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and modern software-development practices.
• Experience with public cloud platforms and designing highly available, secure, and scalable systems.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or AI-powered SaaS products is highly valuable.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to connect technology decisions to customer and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to mentor senior engineers and technical leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve and innovation is encouraged.
