Service Designer

Job description:

Wipro designit is looking for a passionate and collaborative Service Designer to help design and improve end-to-end services that create better outcomes for customers, employees, and the business. You will work across research, strategy, design, and delivery to uncover user needs, identify service opportunities, and shape future-state experiences. 

As a Service Designer, you will collaborate with researchers, UX designers, business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to design services that are desirable, feasible, and viable.

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in Service Design, UX, Experience Design, Design Research, or a related field.

• Experience working within consulting, agency, digital transformation, or complex enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end service design projects.

• Conduct and support qualitative research activities including interviews, workshops, observations, and stakeholder engagement.

• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, personas, journey maps, and opportunity areas.

• Understand customer, employee, and business needs across complex service ecosystems.

Service Design & Strategy

• Create current- and future-state customer journeys, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and operating models.

• Identify pain points, dependencies, and opportunities across people, processes, technology, and policy.

• Apply systems thinking to connect front-stage experiences with back-stage operations.
