Your Role

  • Manage end‑to‑end SAP BRIM support service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Oversee ticket management, escalations, and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous service improvements.
  • Act as the primary client contact for escalations, service reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Drive operational excellence through process controls, quality governance, and automation initiatives.

Your Profile

  • 12-14 Years experience needed overall.
  • Experience in SAP BRIM support with good understanding of SAP technical landscapes.
  • Strong service delivery / AMS management experience with ITIL practices.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, handle client escalations, and manage stakeholders.
  • Experience driving process improvements, automation, and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
