Responsibilities and Duties

● UI/UX Design:

○ Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.

○ Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like

Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

○ Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and improve

designs.

○ Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure

designs align with user needs and business goals.

● Design Implementation:

○ Work closely with the development team to ensure the design vision is accurately

translated into the final product.

○ Provide design specifications, assets, and guidelines for implementation.

● Collaboration & Communication:

○ Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and

deliver effective solutions.

○ Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.

○ Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Skills

● Education & Experience:

○ Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or

equivalent experience.

○ 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

● Technical Skills:

○ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

○ Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

● Design Skills:

○ Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

○ Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.

○ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best

practices
