Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Systems Administrator specializing in UNIX Operating Systems AIX, you will utilize thorough applied technical knowledge of AIX Operating Systems fundamentals to deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise in hardware and software will enable you to effectively manage AIX systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Install and Implement AIX Systems: Perform installation, implementation, and customization of AIX Operating Systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Operate and Recover AIX Systems: Manage the day-to-day operation of AIX systems, including recovery and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Performance Tuning: Analyze system performance and implement adjustments to optimize efficiency, ensuring AIX systems meet organizational needs.
• Customize AIX Systems: Tailor AIX systems to meet specific requirements, applying technical knowledge to design and implement customized solutions.
• SAN Administration: Setup, configure and maintain SAN switches, Storage and Fabric of Development lab. Expertise in managing multiple SAN / FCoE switches
• NW Administration: Setup, Configure and maintain Lab networks & switches. Expertise in managing multiple NW switches
  
  

• AIX Operating Systems Fundamentals: Exposure to the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with AIX Operating Systems, including hardware and software components.
• Installation and Implementation: Experience working with AIX system installation, implementation, and customization to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• System Operation and Recovery: Exposure to managing day-to-day AIX system operations, including recovery and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Performance Tuning and Optimization: Experience working with system performance analysis and implementing adjustments to optimize efficiency in AIX systems.
• Customization and Solution Design: Exposure to tailoring AIX systems to meet specific requirements, applying technical knowledge to design and implement customized solutions.
• SAN Administration: Setup, configure and maintain SAN switches, Storage and Fabric of Development lab. Expertise in managing multiple SAN / FCoE switches

• Advanced AIX Troubleshooting: Exposure to advanced troubleshooting techniques for AIX systems, including error analysis and resolution.
• AIX Scripting and Automation: Experience working with scripting languages and automation tools to streamline AIX system administration tasks.
• AIX Security and Compliance: Exposure to securing and hardening AIX systems, ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and standards.
• SAN Administration: Setup, configure and maintain SAN switches, Storage and Fabric of Development lab. Expertise in managing multiple SAN / FCoE switches
