Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Own end-to-end I/O library design and development, from specification to delivery.
Collaborate with system architects to define and finalize I/O requirements and specifications.
Drive I/O integration into SoCs/subsystems and resolve technical challenges.
Ensure I/O quality sign-off and milestone compliance through robust review processes.
Mentor and guide design/layout teams to improve design quality, performance, power, and area efficiency.
Provide hands-on circuit design support based on project needs.
Enhance design and verification methodologies to improve quality and development efficiency.
Ensure adherence to Infineon quality standards and library development processes.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

BE/BTech/MTech in ECE/VLSI with 8+ years of experience in I/O design and development.
Strong expertise in I/O interfaces including LVTTL, LVCMOS, DDR, SPI, xSPI, Oscillators, LVDS, and voltage-tolerant circuits.
Good understanding of ESD, Latch-Up (LU), and I/O reliability concepts.
Hands-on experience with I/O library characterization methodologies and development flows.
Proven ability to technically lead small design and layout teams and drive project execution.
Track record of delivering silicon-proven designs from specification through implementation and validation.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
