Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Specialist

Your Role

As a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations supporting our business and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will manage demand planning, inventory management, and process improvements by collaborating with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

  • Lead demand planning and drive the monthly Local Demand Review with business stakeholders, aligning forecasts and collaborating with global demand planners.
  • Regularly lead S&OP discussions with Marketing, Commercial, and Distribution teams regarding demand forecasting and inventory management.
  • Work closely with central distribution centers and production sites to maintain service levels.
  • Balance supply and demand over a monthly horizon to optimize product availability and supply chain efficiency.
  • Analyze and simplify existing processes to improve efficiency in daily activities.
  • Set and review optimal inventory levels aligned with global supply chain targets.
  • Monitor and report key supply chain KPIs (e.g., Backorders, OTIF, Fill Rate).
  • Provide expertise and support related to supply chain platforms like SAP, Oracle, AERA, and Palantir.
  • Foster professional relationships and collaborate with various departments and external suppliers.
  • Engage in continuous personal development and training.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving supply chain processes and efficiencies.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations.
  • Location Bangalore
  • Strong data and digital literacy with the ability to derive insights from multiple sources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and/or Oracle.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player.
  • Project or change management skills are a plus.
