Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are seeking a results-driven Technical Delivery Manager / Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies to drive end-to-end delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical capabilities with strong stakeholder and delivery management skills. Based on available bandwidth, candidate is also expected to contribute in other areas than .NET technologies.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of .NET based application. Good to have additional skill like Java or manual/automation testing or Python or DevOps.
• Proficient in working with business, client and other feature teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Should be able to identify and manage risks and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using .NET and related technologies.
• Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components; and manage interactions with third-party services and APIs.
• Proven problem solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work equally with business and technology partners.
• Should have good experience with stakeholder management.
• Should have worked in Agile development environment and experience with Agile frameworks like SAFe and Scrum
