Senior Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Oversee content ideation, creation, and distribution across platforms 
• Drive innovative campaigns by identifying trends, audience behavior, and emerging social media opportunities
• Analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize results
• Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring consistency and timely delivery
• Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility 
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, content, performance) to ensure cohesive brand messaging
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on social media deliverables, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
• Prior experience managing and handling a team of 4–5 executives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, in a digital marketing agency
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

Work Hours: 8 hours

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (onsite)
