Position Summary

The Senior Salesforce.com Administrator (SFDC Sr. Admin) will support Salesforce.com requests and projects for business units across the JBPCO family of companies, particularly in Sales and Service Clouds, under the direction of the Director, SFDC Centre of Excellence.

The role is responsible for identifying, documenting potential solutions, and then implementing new and revised functionality in SFDC. This will involve configuration changes, flows, reports, dashboards, and integrations with other systems. The SFDC Sr. Admin will work as part of a team, and their role on each project could be different (administrator, developer, and/or tester). The role will handle some of the most complex/technical projects required by the business units of the JBPCO family of companies and will have to work effectively with the rest of the SFDC Centre of Excellence, corporate IT, and vendors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Make configuration changes in SFDC sandboxes to satisfy documented requirements
• Perform testing of SFDC changes
• Peer review technical requirements and configuration changes of team members
• Deploy changes to production environments, and provide support for recent deployments
• Perform data mass updates using the SFDC Dataloader or Setup utilities (as applies)
• Build or revise SFDC Flows to satisfy project requirements
• Build and maintain SFDC reports and dashboards
• SFDC help desk support – identify sources of issue raised by business users, and implement solutions, as appropriate - Level 2/Level 3 production support
• Collect and document business requirements for assigned projects (as necessary)
  
  

Expertise Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com, ideally with Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification or Salesforce Business Analyst certification, and/or Ranger status on Trailhead
• 5+ years working projects in the Salesforce.com ecosystem and/or with sales/marketing in the manufacturing industry
• Strong communication skills
• High verbal and written proficiency in English
