Position Summary

The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will support end-to-end sales order management, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation, backlog management, and timely revenue booking. This role will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue teams to resolve operational issues, maintain data accuracy, and ensure smooth order fulfillment. The role will also contribute to process improvement, automation initiatives, system enhancements, and UAT activities to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate and process customer orders, ensuring accurate pricing, product information, approvals, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage the order backlog and coordinate fulfillment activities to support timely and accurate revenue booking.
  • Review, verify, and maintain customer contracts, purchase orders, and other supporting documentation in accordance with business requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue teams to identify and resolve order discrepancies and facilitate seamless order processing.
  • Monitor order status and fulfillment timelines, proactively addressing issues to support on-time delivery and a positive customer experience.
  • Analyze operational processes and data to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Support automation initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvement projects, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintain accurate sales operations data and provide timely updates, reporting, and operational support to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM systems and managing sales/order-related data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple tasks while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in order management, sales operations, or quote-to-cash processes.
  • Experience working with customer contracts, purchase orders, order backlog, and revenue-related processes.
  • Exposure to process automation, system implementations, system upgrades, or UAT activities.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue teams.
  • Strong proficiency in analyzing operational data and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused business environment.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts based on business requirements.
