You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead complex corporate real estate fit-out programmes, translating client vision into strategic, high-quality delivery outcomes.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, resources and specialist partners to achieve programme, commercial and operational objectives.
• Build trusted executive-level client relationships across multiple geographies, driving long-term account growth and stakeholder engagement.
• Champion safety, quality, sustainability, compliance and service excellence throughout project delivery.
• Drive innovative delivery strategies through C2P, digital transformation and net zero carbon principles.
• Provide strategic leadership, governance and risk management, influencing business performance and sustainable growth.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Extensive experience leading major corporate real estate and fit-out projects and programmes.
• Strong expertise in project delivery, commercial management, risk and contract administration.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement and high-performing team management capability.
• Relevant construction qualification and professional membership (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, MICE or equivalent).
