Senior Program Manager Amazon Now

Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as the central liaison between Amazon Now Platform Product Managers and Product Managers across partner QC marketplaces . This role is critical to driving cross-marketplace synergies, eliminating duplication of effort, and accelerating delivery of shared platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of multiple product teams, identifying overlapping initiatives, aligning roadmaps, facilitating joint prioritization, and ensuring that reusable solutions are built once and adopted broadly. You will bring structure to ambiguity, influence without authority, and create mechanisms that scale collaboration across organizationally distinct teams.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
