Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Product Manager who has hands-on experience building products from 0 to 1—taking ideas from concept to launch and scaling them. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with a technical background (programming experience) to work closely with engineering, design, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, validation, development, launch, and iteration
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Drive 0–1 product development, including identifying opportunities and building MVPs
• Work closely with engineering teams; leverage programming knowledge to influence architecture and technical decisions
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Own product metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, sales, and stakeholders
• Prioritize features using data-driven decision-making frameworks
• Continuously iterate based on user feedback and analytics
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven track record of building and launching 0–1 products
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams on technical topics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
