Senior Product Manager 1

redBus is looking for a Product Manager to drive the product charter for supply side of redBus marketplace.

This is a key role at redBus to build high quality products for our Bus Operator partners.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple key products such as seller platform for Bus Operators (redPro), fleet programs (Primo),
  
  

• Drive roadmaps, ensuring execution and time-to-market are optimized while balancing user needs and
  
  

• Build a world class product suite for our bus operator partners, keeping in mind the needs of the bus
  
  

• Work very closely with engineering, design, data science, user research and business development
  
  

• Drive cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
• Deep thinking on long term business needs and user focus while creating product roadmaps, and ability
  
  

• Ability to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies to identify
  
  

• Proven track record of implementing successful product initiatives that have significantly contributed to
  
  

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, forecast impacts, and make informed product decisions
• Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams including data analysts, engineers,
  
  

• Experience in managing Product Lifecycle using agile methodologies (PRDs, BRDs, wireframing-UX,
  
  

• Structured thinking, strong written and verbal skills to process and deliver high quality documents, to
  
  

• Mandatory Skills – Ability to make sense of data, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good to have – Experience with seller platforms, travel industry
