Job Description

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate(Scrum Master) on the Card Marketing Transformation team, you will help drive end-to-end product delivery by leading agile processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing execution risks, and enabling successful product launches. 

You will be responsible for establishing delivery discipline, improving team operating rhythms, and ensuring initiatives are delivered in a stable, scalable, and transparent manner.

 


Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning).
  • Partner with Product Owners, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Maintain visibility into delivery progress through effective backlog management, sprint metrics, and reporting.
  • Identify, track, and proactively mitigate risks, issues, and blockers impacting delivery.
  • Support release readiness activities, including UAT, defect management, deployment planning, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, governance routines, and agile best practices.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment through regular status reviews and leadership updates.
  • Use data and delivery metrics to identify trends, measure team health, and drive continuous improvement.

 


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Scrum Master, Product Delivery, or Agile Project Management roles.
  • Proven experience leading delivery across cross-functional business and technology teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and software/product development lifecycles.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives, including dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective team ceremonies and drive outcomes in complex environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and shifting deadlines.
  • Experience supporting release management, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and production deployments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for senior leadership and delivery teams.
  • Experience with Agile delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams).
