Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for IT and Non-IT categories, including hardware, software, office supplies, and other general goods/services..

Vendor Management: Evaluate and select vendors based on their capability, pricing, quality, and reliability. Cultivate strong relationships with key vendors and negotiate favorable terms and conditions to secure advantageous contracts.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing agreements with suppliers, optimizing value while minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various requesting departments, including finance, to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions to support their objectives.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks related to geopolitical factors, economic fluctuations,Pandemics and supplier dependencies.

Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines throughout the procurement process

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices.

Procurement Terms & Condition: Shall be well conversant with Contract Terms and condition depending on category of item/Services to be Purchased

Qualifications 3.Proficiency in procurement software and tools like ORACLE E-Business Suite skills ( PO Staff, Supplier Management, Item Creation ,supplier creation) and an awareness of functions of the other module 4.Comprehensive knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiations, and supplier management. 5.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 6.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. 7.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in both IT and Non-IT categories..

This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
