Senior Manager - Technology\ AMS-AMS-Retail 2020

The role is responsible for delivering information technology and digital solutions that support business growth and scalability. This includes translating business needs into technical specifications, overseeing solution delivery, and managing post-implementation maintenance to ensure production stability.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities—from shaping and implementing digital products to ensuring we remain at the forefront of technology. You are expected to contribute across the entire Channels systems development life cycle, including front-end and back-end integration, support for existing API services, and the DevOps infrastructure that enables CI/CD pipelines. You will work within a cross-functional team alongside Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, and Platform Owners to co-develop digital products.
As a Senior Manager, you will collaborate with Infrastructure, Service Management, Governance, Security, Data Center, and Network teams, as well as vendors and service providers, to oversee Run the Bank operations and ensure the stability of the production environment. You will also be accountable for managing production incidents and performing impact assessments on new changes to proactively mitigate potential risks.
