The role is pivotal in driving the overall marketing strategy, communications, and budget management for the Business Banking segment, encompassing products such as NEO BIZ, Business Banking, Merchant Lending, FX & Trade, Aani, and Remittances. It focuses on the end-to-end development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across multiple products and customer segments. The position leverages a comprehensive mix of marketing channels and techniques including Digital, Offline, SEO, competitive benchmarking, research, and events to deliver measurable business outcomes and accelerate growth. Tasks involved:

1. Lead and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the SME Banking segment, including NEO BIZ, Business Banking and associated product portfolios.
2. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through integrated marketing across digital, offline, and partnership channels.
3. Own the annual marketing plan, campaign calendar, and budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery of measurable outcomes.
4. Deliver data-driven, customer-centric marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, improve conversion, and optimize customer experience across the lifecycle.
