About The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will own the frontend strategy and execution for one or more of our key client projects. You will design clean, fast, reliable interfaces that sit on top of complex AI workflows, backend APIs, and real world data systems.

This is not a narrow UI role. You will work closely with founders, customers, and backend plus AI teams to shape product requirements, influence design decisions, and deliver production grade experiences end to end.

Your work will directly impact how businesses use AI, how users interact with intelligent systems, and how our products scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own frontend architecture for major products built at Tailored AI
• Build fast, clean, high performing interfaces using React or Next.js
• Work closely with backend and AI teams to integrate APIs and LLM workflows
• Collaborate with the customer and users on product flows, UX, and user journeys
• Handle state management, auth, caching, and performance optimizations
• Drive engineering quality through code reviews, patterns, and reusable components
• Turn ambiguous product ideas into working, polished experiences
  
  
  

What You’ll Gain

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in frontend engineering
• Strong in React or Next.js (TypeScript preferred)
• Solid understanding of modern JS fundamentals, state management, routing, and API integration
• Strong sense of UX, clean layout, and performance
• Ability to take ambiguous requirements and convert them into polished UIs
• Comfortable working directly with founders and customers
• Bias towards ownership, speed, and clarity
• Expert at using Bolt / V0 / Gemini / Lovable for rapid prototyping of User Interfaces
• Know the full lifecycle of frontend software development (1) UX Design (2) Architecture (3) Scalable UI Architecture (4) Unit Testing (5) CI/CD Pipelines
