it is essential to have adequate engineering support for planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities across the plant.

Therefore, I would like to request approval for three additional engineers in the first phase to support these initiatives effectively. Based on the progress and future requirements, I will review the resource utilization and approach management again if further support is required.
