Senior Engineer- C#/C++

The Opportunity

We have an outstanding career opportunity for Senior Engineer- C#/C++ at Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune locations. As a Senior Engineer on the Server Team, you will develop and enhance mission-critical server components that process large-scale enterprise backup, recovery, and cyber resilience workloads. Youll collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams to deliver highly scalable, reliable, and high-performance software.

What you’ll do…

Design, develop, and maintain core server-side components.
Build scalable, high-performance enterprise software.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Debug complex production issues and improve system performance.
Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional engineering teams.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
Drive innovation while maintaining product quality and reliability.
Follow the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) by incorporating security throughout the software development process.

Who you are…

Bachelors degree required.
4 or more years of software development experience
Strong experience in C++, C#, Object oriented design, Dotnet.
Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), Multithreading and concurrency, Data structures and algorithms, Networking concepts, Distributed systems.
Experience with debugging and performance optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in Agile development environments.
Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
