This role will be based in Bangalore, India.

Ralph Lauren is looking for an experience for supporting the implementation of Adobe Analytics solutions, ensuring accurate and scalable data collection across digital platforms. The position involves working with modern Adobe technologies such as the AEP Web SDK (Alloy.js), validating analytics implementations, and enabling reliable reporting through Analysis Workspace. Exposure to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is considered a plus, supporting future ready measurement for our ongoing migration.

  • Manage Adobe Analytics implementation through Adobe Tags (Launch), ensuring accurate tracking, variable mapping, and robust data collection
  • Develop and enforce tagging standards and data layer specifications across web properties. Troubleshoot and resolve data collection issues using debugging tools.
  • Design and manage Adobe Launch workflows, including rule creation, data element configuration, and extension management for scalable and maintainable tagging
  • Define and configure data sets in analytics platforms (e.g., AEP Data Lake, CJA) is a good to have.
  • Own the integration of third party vendors into the website via Adobe Launch, ensuring proper configuration and execution of event forwarding.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics Analysis Workspace in response to business and stakeholder requests.

  • 4+ years of experience leading and supporting Adobe Analytics implementations and migrations, with good to have experience in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (Alloy.js).
  • Strong background in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and browser debugging tools such as AEP Debugger, Omnibug.
  • Experience implementing analytics on CMSs with data layers (e.g., ACDL).
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics Data Feeds, Data Warehouse, and Processing Rules to support data extraction, transformation, and reporting needs.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics Analysis Workspace, including building custom projects, reports, dashboards, and deriving actionable insights for business and stakeholder needs.
  • eCommerce retail experience is a plus, particularly experience working with merchandising eVars as part of Adobe Analytics implementations.
  • A background or familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is a plus.
