Senior Development Engineer - Flutter

Role Summary

As a Flutter Development Engineer You will be involving in Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Flutter applications for Windows, macOS, and other supported platforms. Lead the implementation of modern, scalable, and maintainable UI architectures using Flutter and Dart. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and fellow engineers to transform requirements into intuitive user experiences.

This is a Hybrid position located at our Bangalore, India, development center. You will be required to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to our Bangalore office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

Position Details

About The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter-based desktop applications for Windows and macOS.
• Integrate desktop applications with backend APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Develop platform-specific functionality using native Windows and macOS APIs when required.
• Optimize application performance, memory utilization, startup time, and responsiveness.
• Participate in architectural design reviews and technical decision-making.
  
  

About You

• 5-8 years of software development experience and minimum 5 years of hands-on Flutter/Dart/Java script development experience.
• Strong expertise in Dart programming language.
• Experience building and deploying Flutter desktop applications for Windows & macOS.
• Strong understanding of desktop application architecture and design patterns.
• Full stack development experience is added advantage.
