Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through company-provided leads
Generate and conduct site visits for interested clients
Handle negotiations and close deals effectively
Achieve weekly site visit targets

Skills Required

Good communication skills in English
Hindi & local language proficiency is an added advantage
Sales, negotiation & customer handling skills
Basic MS Office knowledge
Energetic, confident & target-oriented mindset
