Summary Of The Role

The Senior Analyst will work closely with Order to Cash (OTC) business partners as part of a global SAP program to align SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions with evolving business needs.

This Role Will Primarily Support Business Processes Associated With

• Order Management (Standard, Consignment, and Third-Party orders)
• Contract Management and Call-Offs
• Supply Assignment
• Outbound Delivery Management
• Pricing
• Returns Processing
  
  

The incumbent will demonstrate in-depth functional knowledge of the Order to Cash domain to proactively identify, analyze, and resolve business and system-related issues on an ongoing basis. The role requires active participation as a project team member in global SAP initiatives.

The Senior Analyst will directly interface with business leadership (Directors and Senior Directors) to understand and clarify business needs, priorities, and strategic objectives, working in collaboration with consulting partners where required.

This position offers the opportunity to work with the latest SAP cloud technologies, further build expertise in SAP S/4HANA Fashion, and gain significant exposure to the broader technological ecosystem of a mature SAP environment.

About The Role

• 10 years of experience designing and implementing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
• 3+ years’ experience implementing SAP SD in a fashion company, either through SAP AFS, FMS, or S4 Fashion.
• Experience with design, development and deployment of business processes associated Order Management (standard, consignment, third party), contract management and call offs, Supply Assignment, outbound delivery management, pricing, returns.
• Good understanding on how SAP distribution integrates with external warehouse management systems.
• At least 1 or 2 full cycle experience of ERP Transformation programs/ implementations.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Understanding of technical components required to support business processes, including integration effort within different functional tracks.
• Good knowledge of associated S4/Hana FIORI Tiles, Launch Pad, Transactional apps, Personas.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science or commensurate experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution with S4 Fashion expertise.
• Knowledge of how SAP Distribution functions integrate with external warehouse management systems.
• Must be a team player, must be able to work with colleagues globally in a diverse environment, with good upward and downward management skills.
• Strong IT skills – general computing and office software skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
