About The Opportunity

The Asset Management team is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Asset Administrator to support and improve IT asset management operations across the organization. This role will take on more complex responsibilities across the asset lifecycle, provide guidance to junior team members, and help drive process improvements and data quality.

Where you will make an impact

• Oversee and process complex software and hardware requests, ensuring SLAs are consistently met
• Maintain and improve the accuracy and integrity of asset records (licenses, contracts, warranties)
• Support and help optimize the full asset lifecycle: procurement, assignment, tracking, and disposal
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage renewals, entitlements, and compliance
• Identify gaps in asset data and processes and drive improvements
• Support audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and contract terms
• Provide guidance and support to junior asset administrators
• Help maintain visibility into the AI tools portfolio, including ownership, renewals, usage signals, and lifecycle status
• Partner with AI Ops to improve portfolio tracking, data collection, and the reliability of asset and usage data over time
• Contribute to reporting and visibility into asset usage, trends, and risks
  
  

• 3–5+ years of IT asset management or related experience
• Strong experience with service management platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
• Experience managing SaaS licenses and/or hardware assets in a global environment
• Comfortable working with exports and datasets; able to spot data gaps, reconcile records, and improve tracking accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
