Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Application & Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in troubleshooting production issues, database management, and cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GoLang, PostgreSQL, AWS, and production support operations, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end application and production support for business-critical systems
• Debug and analyze GoLang-based applications to identify and resolve issues
• Work with PostgreSQL databases for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting
• Handle production incidents (P1 to P4) within defined SLAs
• Perform API testing and validation using Postman
• Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution
• Manage and update tickets in HP ServiceNow with proper documentation and communication
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
• Participate in code walkthroughs and dry runs for better system understanding
• Ensure smooth application performance across AWS cloud environments
• Work in flexible shifts as per support requirements
