Position Overview

This position will create and support customizations for SharePoint Online, including forms, workflows, SharePoint Framework components, PowerShell scripts, Power Apps, Power Automate, and MS Teams.

Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities

• Design, development, implementation, upgrades, integration, and administration of collaboration portals and content management systems using Microsoft SharePoint technologies and tools
• Employ understanding of standards-based web design using HTML and CSS
• Responsible for applying SharePoint best practices and guidelines for setup, support, and administration of an enterprise-class SharePoint environment including infrastructure, governance, security, and backup
• Stays abreast of related technology and recommends future system enhancements
  
  

Power Apps Development

• Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps to support business process automation
• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and other data sources
• Customize forms and build responsive UI/UX within Power Apps for web and mobile users
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions
• Implement validation logic, business rules, and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Power Apps performance and usability
• Ensure governance, security, and best practices within the Power Platform environment
• Support enhancements and maintenance of existing Power Apps solutions
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology or computer science
• Minimum of 8–12 years of experience with SharePoint Online development – Modern templates, Hub sites
• Demonstrated ability in SharePoint UI including customizing the ribbon, layouts, CSS, and XSL
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as .NET, JavaScript, C#, CSS, and HTML
• Experience developing web applications using InfoPath, SQL, and HTML5
  
  

Power Platform Skills

• Hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) development
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Platform integrations
• Understanding of connectors, APIs, and data integration within the Power Platform
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter, and able to prioritize workload
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be a team player with good communication skills
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office productivity tools
• Willingness and proven ability to learn new technologies
