Job Description

The Senior Application Analyst is accountable for the end‑to‑end integrity, performance, and continuous improvement of the IGTS application and data landscape. This role acts as a trusted subject‑matter expert across systems, data flows, and integrations, ensuring high data quality, audit readiness, and reliable reporting.

Through strong ownership, disciplined execution, and close collaboration with business, IT, audit, and reporting stakeholders, the role enables data‑driven decision‑making and supports sustainable operational excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑End Ownership & Accountability
  • Own the end‑to‑end understanding of the IGTS application and data landscape, including source systems, interfaces, and cross‑tool dependencies.
  • Act as the primary SME for cross‑tool data flows, ensuring transparency, traceability, and impact awareness across systems.
  • Serve as the Planisware SME for IGTS, providing functional leadership and guidance to users and stakeholders.
  • Act as a key liaison between business, IT, audit, and reporting functions, ensuring aligned priorities and effective execution.
  • Data Quality, Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor, govern, and continuously improve critical data quality KPIs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across tools.
  • Perform structured root‑cause analysis of data and integration issues, and implement permanent, structural fixes rather than workarounds.
  • Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities within the data and application landscape, translating insights into actionable enhancements.
  • Support Qlik Sense reporting by troubleshooting data issues, validating outputs, and ensuring confidence in management reporting.
  • Audit, Compliance & Execution Excellence
  • Coordinate and execute quarterly IFA audit activities for IGTS, ensuring full compliance with audit requirements.
  • Ensure timely, complete, and error‑free preparation and submission of audit documentation and evidence.
  • Maintain strong functional SAP knowledge (including IDocs, OPS6, PAT/FAT, CJ20N) to support audit, finance, and operational processes.
  • Demonstrate strong execution discipline, meeting commitments reliably while maintaining high quality standards.
  • System Enhancements, Testing & Deployment
  • Coordinate system enhancements and fixes in close collaboration with Product Owners, IT, and development teams.
  • Actively participate in and support UAT for Planisware and PARP releases, ensuring business requirements are correctly implemented.
  • Create high‑quality deployment materials, quick reference guides, and user documentation to support smooth adoption of system changes.
  • Learning, Enablement & Collaboration
  • Deliver structured training to new and existing users across supported tools, driving correct usage and process adherence.
  • Foster continuous learning by translating system changes and complex data concepts into clear, practical guidance for users.
  • Collaborate effectively across functions and geographies, building trusted relationships and promoting a “one‑team” mindset.
  • Share knowledge proactively and contribute to continuous improvement of standards, ways of working, and documentation.

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
