Your Role

Responsible for managing enterprise digital sales and engagement platforms (Showpad, Redox, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), driving user adoption, ensuring access governance, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to support end-user productivity and data-driven decision-making.

Digital Tools Administration

• Manage end-to-end user access lifecycle (provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning) for Showpad, Redox, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator tools.
• Ensure timely and accurate access grants/revocations in alignment with organizational role changes, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain access control logs and audit trails to ensure compliance with internal IT and data governance policies.
• Troubleshoot user access issues and coordinate with IT/vendor support teams for resolution.
  
  

Adoption Tracking & Reporting

• Design, build, and maintain adoption dashboards and reports to track platform usage, engagement trends, and ROI metrics.
• Analyse usage data to identify low-adoption areas and recommend targeted interventions.
• Present adoption reports and key insights to stakeholders, leadership, and business unit heads on a periodic basis (monthly/quarterly).
  
  

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between end users and platform vendors to relay feedback, feature requests, and support needs.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting metrics across platforms.
  
  

End-User Support & Enablement

• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting assistance to end users on platform functionality.
• Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and onboarding sessions to improve user proficiency and adoption.
  
  

Who You Are

• 3-4 years of experience in digital tools administration/support within a corporate or life sciences environment
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting and presentations
• Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional organizational structure
• Platform Administration: Showpad, Redox, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Data Analysis & Reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
• Stakeholder Management & Presentation Skills
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Access & Identity Management
• Process Documentation & Compliance Awareness
