Functional Description:

The Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Customer Service (MRO CS) team is responsible to manage the entire customer experience when there is an engine or APU repair or overhaul required on P&WC engines. The Executive is responsible for creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs) to support manufacturing, testing, repair, overhaul, and exchange operations. The role ensures timely procurement of materials, adherence to inventory and safety stock requirements, and seamless coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

What You Will Do:

• Create Purchase Orders (POs) for new parts based on safety stock requirements through the ME57 procurement process.
• Procure materials between manufacturing plants (e.g., Plant 17 to Plant 5) to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Perform Kanban inventory analysis and generate POs when one of the double-bin locations reaches the reorder point.
• Raise Purchase Orders for Flow Rig testing parts to support testing operations.
• Create Purchase Orders for Test Cell components required for testing activities.
• Convert Customer Service (CS) orders into Purchase Orders for repair and overhaul activities involving subcontract suppliers.
• Create Accessory Purchase Orders based on Customer Service orders for repair and overhaul requirements.
• Convert Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders for component repair and overhaul activities.
• Create Exchange Purchase Orders from Purchase Requisitions when repaired parts are not returned by the supplier and replacement parts are shipped directly to customers.
• Ensure accuracy of procurement documentation and compliance with organizational procurement policies.
• Coordinate with planning, production, customer service, stores, and suppliers to ensure timely order processing and material availability.
• Monitor open Purchase Orders and support timely follow-up to meet operational requirements.

• Any bachelor’s degree with up to 2 - 5 years of experience in material planning / Purchase Order Creation
• Experienced user of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good analytical skills
• High level of English language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have good organizational skills, be able to prioritize work, accurately perform duties with constant activity in the area and pay close attention to detail.
• Must be a self-starter requiring minimum supervision and perform with a degree of accuracy in the execution of job assignments.
