What you'll do:** The candidate will be responsible for Cost Accounting, SEZ Compliance, Budgeting and controlling related activities. He/she will be accountable for completeness and correctness of Material Accounting, Developing Standard Cost and variance analysis, Margin Analysis, Material Variance Analysis, Monthly Forecast and PP for Standard Cost related information, Support to Direct and Indirect Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Statutory Audits, BSR and Internal Control. A key member of the Finance team and will have independent responsibility to close the Cost Audit and Internal Audits. The position reports to the Finance Controller of Aerospace Business India. This role is instrumental to ensure an adequate internal controls environment throughout the plant for Cost Accounting related all the activities. This includes the effective deployment of Material Accounting, Activity center Cost and variance analysis, segmental Profit and loss account." 1 Provide assistance and support to Finance Controller- Aerospace India on implementation of Eaton Financial policies, procedures, GAAP and SOX compliance procedures. 2 Assist in development of strategic and annual profit plan. 3 Support annual physical inventory ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and accuracy of physical count. Ensure appropriate cycle count procedures are deployed. 4 Support enterprise wide teams by providing the performance vs forecast and Profit Plan for sales & margin analysis, material variance analysis and burden analysis on weekly / as required by the team and ensure the Gaps are identified early and action taken to prevent the same. 5 Develop data and process to analyze the Cost-out and Cost-in data received by SCM, confirm validity, and support reporting requirements. 6 Develop accurate standard cost on annual basis based on the business plans. Continuously analyze the cost with actuals. Take action on the variances. 7 Accurate Mid-year and annual transfer pricing calculations to be provided to Region, Group,TP team. Research and take corrective actions on transfer pricing variances. 8 Update BOM & Routing valuation as per the USGAAP Financial Policy. 9 Develop process for inventory analysis with respect to the part price, purchase volumes and reasons for increase/ decrease in the inventory. Guide business team to drive inventory control and accuracy. 10 Responsible for the implementation and deployment of actions to ensure an adequate environment of internal control related to material accounting and processes. 11 Review and develop monthly checklist for SEZ and GST compliance. Ensure completeness of all compliance accurately and timely. 12 Technical capability to prepare, analyze and interpret various cost and operational data/reports. 13 Superior analytical and thinking skills; Intellectual rigor and curiosity; problem-solving capability and a continuous improvement mindset. **Qualifications:** 1. ICWA/CA/MBA Finance regular from well regarded Universities 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Manufacturing Organizations 3. 7 to 8 relevant work experience is preferred. **Skills:** 1. Cost Accounting, GAAP, ERP (MFGPRO, SAP, Oracle) 2. Reporting work experience 3. Exposure in Plant accounting is good to have 4. Strong Interpersonal skills with strong communication in English
