Senior AI Developer

The Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer will be responsible for architecting and implementing end‑to‑end enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on backend development, systems integrations, Dataverse engineering, automation, and API‑based connectivity.

This role requires deep technical expertise in Power Apps (model‑driven preferred), Power Automate (cloud flows), Dataverse, custom connectors, Copilot Studio, GCP/Azure /AWS services, and enterprise system integrations (SAP, SQL Server, SharePoint, and internal APIs). The Senior Developer will design scalable application backends, implement robust data models, integrate complex business systems, and ensure secure, compliant, high‑performance architectures aligned with enterprise standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on senior engineer with proven experience delivering production‑grade Power Platform solutions, following development best practices, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and managing application lifecycle management (ALM) across environments.

This position collaborates closely with solution architects, functional consultants, product owners, and internal and external technical teams to translate business requirements into stable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.

Your Impact

• Design and build AI-powered solutions and AI agents to solve business problems (automation, decision support, copilots)
• Develop and deploy LLM-based applications (RAG, tool-calling, structured outputs)
• Architect end-to-end AI systems on GCP and Databricks, integrating enterprise data and APIs
• Build and maintain AI workflows and orchestrations, including multi-step reasoning systems and human-in-the-loop processes
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to productionize models and scale AI solutions
  
  

Your Experience & Qualification

• Strong experience building LLM-based applications (RAG, agents, AI workflows)
• Proven ability to deliver production-grade solutions on GCP
• Strong Python and backend/API development skills
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data (Databricks, APIs, databases)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
