Summary:

As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, training, and assets. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee project milestones and ensure timely delivery of security services.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
• Strong knowledge of access control concepts and role management within SAP environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Ability to analyze security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and processes.
• Skilled in coordinating with technical and business teams to ensure compliance and security standards.
  
  
  

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Security.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
