Role Overview:

This exciting role of a Lead - Search & Social that requires you to creatively manage digital media campaigns for our global brands. Your expertise of ad tech and knowledge of the Digital ecosystem would make you a great fit for this position. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Top Global brands and own large and reputed accounts. Need to support Global clients and account Managers of our Media Solutions team.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing Search & Social campaigns end to end including setup, troubleshoot, optimization & reporting
• Creation of detailed Search & Social media plans in line with business objectives and campaign brief
• Translating business KPIs into channel KPIs
• Creation and set up of the campaign and monitoring
• Management of search campaigns (on time, on budget, on target)
• Tracking performance using reporting & dashboards
• Analysis and optimization of the campaigns
• Works all aspects of Search and Social campaign management including troubleshoot and optimization
• Campaign insights into Meta & Google strategy as well as a cross-channel media strategy.
• Mentor Associates and Analysts level team members
• Leads being a 1st time people manager role are expected to take on early level people management tasks along with project management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• A full-time graduate degree
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Search & Social campaign management
• Managed campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Must); Amazon, Bing, LinkedIn, Snapchat etc.
• Proven expertise in campaign setup, pacing management, optimization, performance troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Analytical tools
• Ability to convert business or media KPIs into clear channel KPIs, optimization levers, and measurable performance indicators.
• Meta and Google Ads Certified.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning to manage daily deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
